Are your lights made in America?

No, our lights are not made in America. In fact, there are not Christmas lights made in America. The only items that we offer that are USA made (controllers and clips) are listed in the description.

No, we currently only offer shipping to the US.

Can I return items that I ordered?

Yes! We are a family owned and operated company that prides ourselves on small town charm and great customer service.

Do you sell replacement mini light bulbs?

The short answer is no. It's too hard to keep up with all the different types on mini light bulbs.

What do I do if something is damaged or missing from my order?

Contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to make it right for you.

Why don't you offer free shipping like Amazon?

We are a small business who doesn't get the shipping discounts that large retailers have. We would rather keep product costs low and offer shipping that is reliable and quick.

Can't I get the same thing at my local stores?

Actually, you can't. All American Christmas Co. offers high quality products that are meant to last for many seasons. Our products are more of a commercial grade product rather than what you find at local hardware/hobby stores.

Do you have a catalog?

No. Since we are always updating product lines and adding things to our store, we cannot keep up with a paper catalog.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

At this time we do not offer wholesale pricing.

We get many questions asking about shipping and the cost. The easiest way to find out is to add items to your cart, the View Cart page has a shipping estimator you can use, otherwise you need to begin the checkout process and you will get the exact shipping costs. We charge what we are charged for shipping from our shipping providers.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We do our very best to get all orders out the day they are placed, please keep this in mind when choosing expedited shipping options. However, if your order is placed after 1:00 PM CST it might not ship until the following business day.
Day of Shipment DOES NOT count as a shipping day.
Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipment do NOT deliver on Saturdays unless requested. Saturday delivery is not available to all areas. If you need Saturday delivery please contact us prior to ordering to make arrangements.
The above map is only for shipments coming from our Tennessee warehouse. Shipping times can vary if the order is shipped from another warehouse.
All shipping information is only applicable for orders with in-stock items. If you item is out of stock or back-ordered you will receive an email with the estimated shipping date.
We do not ship Saturday or Sunday.
All orders placed on Friday afternoon through Sunday night will be processed Monday.
Internet orders are always processed and shipped faster than phone orders. Phone orders can take 2 business days to process.

Shipment Refusal

If your shipment is damaged when it is received, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to make it right.
If you refuse a package for any other reason than damage without prior authorization your shipment will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping when it is received back in our warehouse.
