SHIPPING COSTS
We get many questions asking about shipping and the cost. The easiest way to find out is to add items to your cart, the View Cart page has a shipping estimator you can use, otherwise you need to begin the checkout process and you will the exact shipping costs. We charge what we are charged for shipping  from our shipping providers.

All Phone orders are processed two days after received. 
SHIPPING INFORMATION
  • We do our very best to get all orders out the day they are placed, please keep this in mind when choosing expedited shipping options. However, if your order is placed after 1:00 PM CST it might not ship until the following business day.
  • Home Delivery shipping from FedEx runs Tuesday-Saturday.
  • Day of Shipment DOES NOT count as a shipping day. 
  • Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipment do NOT deliver on Saturdays unless requested. Saturday delivery is not available to all areas. If you need Saturday delivery please contact us to make arrangements. 
  • The above map is only for shipments coming from our Tennessee warehouse. Shipping times can vary if the order is shipped from another warehouse. 
  • All shipping information is only applicable for orders with in-stock items. If you item is out of stock or back-ordered you will receive an email with the estimated shipping date.
  • We do not ship Saturday or Sunday.
  • All orders placed on Friday afternoon through Sunday night will be processed Monday. 
  • Internet orders are always processed and shipped faster than phone orders. Phone orders can take 2 business days to process. 
Holidays ARE NOT Counted as Shipping Days!
This includes: May 26th (Memorial Day), & July 4th (Independence Day), etc...

 Shipment Refusal 

  • If your shipment is damaged when it is received, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to make it right. 
  • If you refuse a package for any other reason than damage without prior authorization your shipment will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping when it is received back in our warehouse.
