Shipping & Delivery
We do not offer free shipping like most big box stores. We are a small operation that does not ship the quantity that places like Amazon do so we do not get the mass discounts like they do. However we do our best to offer shipping options in all price ranges and only charge what we are charged by our shipping partners.
Shipping costs can vary based on the weight and size of your order. The best way to find out is to add your items to your cart and use our shipping calculator to tell you the exact cost to your zip code.
We do our best to ship all orders the same or following business day. Most orders will arrive within 3-7 days after shipment is picked up unless a quicker shipping option is chosen. However, some orders can take a few extra days if they are not coming from our Tennessee warehouse. If you would like more informations, check out our our full shipping policy.
We do not currently ship internationally.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. It will take you directly to our shipping partner's website for full tracking information.
The best way to try and reroute your package is to contact the shipping partner that your order has shipped with. Most times they will be able to take care of that for you.
Most of the time this will be fine especially if you let us know in the order notes or via email. However, there are some cases that our system will flag orders with a different shipping/billing address as a scam. In this case we will cancel the order for your and our security.
Returns & Warranty
If you have ordered something and you realize it is the wrong item, please contact us via email first to let us know. Once we have verified your order, you can pack it back into the box in unused condition and ship it back with your choice of shipping. Once it is received back in our warehouse we will issue a refund less the shipping cost from your original order.
Please contact us immediately if your items come damaged or your product is missing. We will do what we can to make it right for you as quickly as possible.
You can exchange an item but the best way to do this is to contact us first and let us know that you would like to exchange. Then you can go on the website and place another order for the items that you would like to exchange for. Pack up your return and ship it back to us. Once we receive it in our warehouse, we will issue your refund less the shipping on your original order.
We will issue your refund the day it arrives back in our warehouse. After that it can take up to 7 business days for your financial institution to return the money to your account.
Products
Even though our name is All American Christmas Co., all of our items are NOT made in America. As much as we wish this was an option, alas it is not. There are not manufacturers in USA that make all of the products that we sell. We do offer some clips that are made in America and all of those are labeled in their description.
We do not offer a catalog. We know that paper catalogs are something that lots of business and cities like to look at. However, we have products and offerings changing so often that it's impossible to keep up.
Of course that would be very convenient. But no you cannot get the same products at your local big box store. We offer commercial quality products that will last you for years of decorating. Our products are created for commercial and residential use. That means that it is higher quality materials that is built to last and work just like new every season.
Most of our LED bulbs are shatterproof. No worry about broken bulbs every year when you put your lights up. Our incandescent lights are not shatterproof since they are made of glass.
Any premade LED strings do not have replaceable bulbs since they are molded into the socket to prevent weather damage. Our mini light strings do come with 2 replacement bulbs in their packages.
Almost all our light strings do have stay lit technology. There are a few exceptions, such as net lights, where it can cause a section to go out.
All of our lights are suited for indoor/outdoor use. We do recommend to be aware that incandescent lights can get hot and can cause a potential fire hazard so be aware and do not leave incandescent light plugged up all the time.
Ordering & Discounts
We do offer discounts occasionally. Sometimes we have them on our site in the announcement bar on the top of every page. For more exciting discounts be sure to sign up for our newsletter. This is where the real magic happens.
If you are needing to place a large order, especially for a business or municipality you can get in touch with us via our contact us page. Be sure to include all of the items, quantities and your full shipping address for a complete quote.
For us to accept a purchase order for a business/municipality would have to be approved prior to purchase. The best way to get this information is to email us and let us know what items you would like to order.
We cannot promise that your order can be changed after it is placed. If you need to make changes to shipping information, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate that for you. If you need to make changes to your order such as adding to your order, it is best to place a second order and let us know as soon as possible and we can combine your order so that we can combine your shipping and give you a refund on the second order shipping cost.
Contact & Store Info
Absolutely. While we are not currently taking phone calls to our office, you can email us anytime and a a human will get back to you as soon as (humanly, see what I did there) possible. We are a small family owned and operated business. We love to communicate with our customers and help them with any questions they have.
We do not have any stores that you can browse in person. Our site is the only place we have available for shopping. This is the best way for us to offer the most products at the best price.
Our business hours can vary depending on the season. Most times we are in the office between 9 am and 4 pm CST. But you can email us any time and you will typically get a response within 24 hours.
