No, our lights are not made in America. In fact, there are not Christmas lights made in America. The only items that we offer that are USA made (controllers and clips) are listed in the description.

Do you sell replacement mini light bulbs?

The short answer is no. It's too hard to keep up with all the different types on mini light bulbs.

What do I do if something is damaged or missing from my order?

Contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to make it right for you.

Why don't you offer free shipping like Amazon?

We are a small business who doesn't get the shipping discounts that large retailers have. We would rather keep product costs low and offer shipping that is reliable and quick.

Can't I get the same thing at my local stores?

Actually, you can't. All American Christmas Co. offers high quality products that are meant to last for many seasons. Our products are more of a commercial grade product rather than what you find at local hardware/hobby stores.

Do you have a catalog?

No. Since we are always updating product lines and adding things to our store, we cannot keep up with a paper catalog.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

At this time we do not offer wholesale pricing.

How to Set Your Chase Pattern

To set your chase pattern, simply adjust the 4 sliders on the dip switch to an up-on-1 position or a down-off-0 position. To locate the dip switch, open the front cover of the box. The dip switch has 4 sliders located in the bottom right corner inside the box. Anytime that you change the sequence you MUST unplug the controller box and then plug it back in with the new sequence code for the change to take effect. The following is a description of the chase patterns available. Each chase pattern can be selected to run on a 2 track chase or a 3 track chase mode.

Chase: Sequentially turns 1 track on and 2 tracks off from 1/10th to 2 seconds per step
Wave: Turns lights on and off in a back and forth movement from 1/10th to 2 seconds per step
Slow Chase: Chase pattern with speed range up to 6 seconds per step
Slow Wave: Wave pattern with speed range up to 6 seconds per step
Chase with Delay: Chase with a 3 times longer delay on step 1
Wave with Delays: Wave with a 3 times longer delay on steps 1 and 3
Negative Chase: Reverse of the chase pattern; sequentially turns 2 tracks on and 1 track off
Build Up: Sequentially turns each track on, keeping it on until all tracks are on, then turns all tracks off together
Speller: Build up that ends with all tracks flashing on and off together 3 times
Multi-Sequence: A 20 second loop combining 7 different 3 second long chase patterns

Use the sequence list below to select the chase sequence you would like to run. When looking at the code setting, 1 represents up/on and 0 represents down/off. Be sure to select not only the pattern you want, but also the right pattern with the right number of tracks, 2 track mode or 3 track mode. Remember to un-plug and re-plug-in the controller box whenever you change the sequence. This Sequence Label is also printed on the top of the controller box.

Example: To select Sequence #1, the 2 Track Chase abbreviated 2TC with the setting 1000, use the dip switch inside your controller box and adjust the sliders going from left to right. Move the first slide into an upward position as indicated by the “1” and leave the rest of the slides (the last 3) in a downward position as indicated by the last three“0”s in the code setting. This will program the lights to move in a 2 track chase sequence.

Maximum Load

The maximum load for the 3TSC-10 is 10 amps. To see the maximum loads per receptacle, refer to the last column of the above Sequence Label, also located on top of the control box. The sequence label lists the “Max Amps per Receptacle” for each possible chase sequence that the controller can execute. The maximum amps per receptacle can vary depending on the sequence you choose because different sequences have different maximum numbers of receptacles that are turned on at any one time.

Limited Warranty Policy

All American Christmas Co. guarantees all of our products to be free of defects and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of shipment. All American Christmas Co. Assumes no responsibility in any event for payment or incidental consequential damages, of property. These products may present possible shock or fire hazard if not installed properly. This warranty is voided for products not installed according to current local codes and/or the National Electrical Code.

Return Policy

You must email for return authorization. Products shipped back without authorization will be held for pickup.
When returning products please include our All American Christmas Co. Item Return Form. You must return your items with this form. Click here to download the PDF form (Right Click, Save link as..., Save then open)
Products returned through no fault of All American Christmas Co., will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
All returns must be shipped prepaid and goods must be in unused resalable condition in the original packaging.
When products that are returned through no fault of All American Christmas Co. you must assume responsibility for shipping the items back to us. We do not refund the shipping from the initial order.
When a package is returned shipped, we recommend, using a carrier that will track your package to make sure it safely gets back to us.
Absolutely NO RETURNS after 10 days. If damage occurs during shipping, you must immediately contact the freight carrier directly for compensation. Again, We cannot be held responsible for damage during shipment!
Keep all packing material and the box merchandise was shipped in for inspection; failure to do so will result in a rejected claim by the carrier.
Any item that is returned that had the shipping cost included in the price will have the shipping cost deducted from the total for any calculations of the return.
Exceptions: If we ship a product by error this will be All American Christmas Co. responsibility to get you, the customer, the correct items.

Warranty for Replacement Bulbs & Light Strings

All filament style bulbs are prone to burning out after a period of time.We will replace or credit your account for bulbs that burn out ON THEIR OWN if it happens within the Limited Warranty Policy shown above.
If a bulb burns out from too much power, improper wiring, mishandling, etc... we will NOT replace or credit them.
Our Choice to replace, repair, or credit items after they have been returned to us.Cancelled Order Clause
Any order that is cancelled after we process it is subject to either a 3% cancellation fee or a $10.00 minimum cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is requested and the order has already been processed, boxed and loaded for shipment there is no way this order can be retrieved. It will be treated as a return shipment subject to the standard conditions of the return policy.
